The Dining Experience
 

Gourmet dining options abound on M.V. Oceanos from our cocktail finger food selections, our famous deluxe buffet or Silver Service dining.

Our catering co-ordinator will assist in arranging a menu to suit your requirements and budget.

 

All buffet menus include nibblies on the tables on boarding, condiments applicable to type of foods served, bread rolls and butter/margarine, tea and coffee and Oceanos chocolates.

A chef surcharge of $295 will apply for all menus where the number of guests is less than 20 passengers.  We will happily alter menus to suit your requirements.

We can provide special diet (eg gluten free) and Vegetarian selections on suitable notice.  Most menus include some vegetarian items.

Desserts:  for numbers up to 25, please make two selections, for 26 and over, three desserts will be served.

Cheese and fruit platters can be included with any menu at an additional charge of $7.50 per person.   

The Chef may, if necessary, alter some items on menus due to seasonal availability.

 
 
  Our fully licensed bar offers an extensive range of the finest Australian and imported wines, champagnes, beers, spirits and liqueurs. Beverages are available as a package or on a consumption basis. Please note that a charge for additional staff will apply to charters nominating a consumption or cash bar.  
 
 
  Below is a range of menus as a guide for planning associated costs. We would be happy to liaise with you to ensure your requirements and budget are met. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can also be accommodated.

Bar A: Standard beers; bottled white and red wines; Australian and/or imported sparkling wine; fruit juices; soft drinks; mineral water; spring water; at $10.00 per person per hour

Bar B: As above, with premium beers; at $12.00 per person per hour

Bar C: As for Bar A plus house spirits; at $12.50 per person per hour 

Bar D: Premium beers, premium Australian bottled still and sparkling wines; brand spirits and liqueurs; juices; soft drinks; mineral water; spring water; at $15 per person per hour.

Bar E: Imported and Premium beers, premium Australian and New Zealand bottled still and sparkling wines; top shelf spirits and liqueurs; juices; soft drinks; mineral water; spring water; at $18 per person per hour.

Full open bar charged on a consumption basis. An additional charge applies for bar staff. Please ask for a copy of the current wine list.
